Orange County Parking Plan
We would like to inform you of a recent development regarding parking within your community. The Orange County Public Works Department Traffic Engineering Division recently conducted a thorough parking study in Harrington Point in collaboration with the Orange County Fire Rescue Department and the Fire Marshal.
Based on their review of the parking situation within the community, they found that it is necessary to restrict street parking in certain locations within the community so that emergency vehicles may access the residential units when needed. This will involve the installation of several "No Parking" signs throughout the community. Please review the attached plan for further details regarding the locations of the No Parking signs.
We anticipate the implementation of the attached parking plan within approximately 60 days. However, we will send updates to the community once we have additional information regarding the exact installation dates for the No Parking signs.
If you have any questions or concerns at any stage of this process, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Orange County Public Works Department Traffic Engineering Division at (407) 836-7900.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this matter.
