If you are considering a change to the exterior of your home, please be sure to fill out the following document so that it may be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee. Please follow the instructions in the application and mail the completed form to the Management Company.

New ARC Guidelines as of 10-24-2023
During the Board meeting on October 24, 2023, the Board updated the architectural guidelines for the community. The Board made the following updates related to exterior painting and driveway extensions:
1. The approved trim colors may be used across all color schemes. Therefore, if you would like to use a body color from one color scheme, you may use a trim color from a different scheme.
2. Driveway extensions may not go beyond two feet on either side of the driveway and they may not extend past the garage on either side.
